The family Court in Australia and many other countries do not investigate child abuse. They investigate whether the parent will encourage contact and if the parent shows any signs of not encouraging contact, the children are sent to the other parent. False allegations of child abuse are as low as 5%, yet every parent is treated as if they were lying. Welfare services seldom assist anyone involved in family court proceedings and some laws bar child protection from investigating. Parental Alienation Syndrome, often referred to as “Parental Alienation” was created by a pro pedophiliac philosophy psychologist named Richard Gardener to silence Children’s and mothers voices. Despite PAS not accepted by global psychological associations and is not in the diagnostic and statistical manual, the use in the family courts are very high.
Petition:
We the undersigned, call to the UN to eliminate court ordered abuse in Australia and globally.
Have a Heart and Stop The Silencing Campaigns
Fathers rights movements have continued to campaign against women and children speaking out about domestic violence and child abuse.
They say that its against fathers but if they didn’t hurt anyone, what have they got to hide?
There are good men out there who do not beat their wives or abuse their children and understand that we need to know about these things so we can be there for those we care about that have been unfortunate enough to endure these appalling acts.
Unfortunately there are some that want us to be silent and to be forced to endure such atrocities alone and without help or understanding.
Awareness is the key to ending such oppression and is the very reason as to why we have the “freedom of information” as a human right.
Help us beat violence supportive attitudes so that one day all violence and oppression is apart of history and no more.

Say NO to Violence against Women Campaign
Targets 1 Million Names by November
WHAT: Say NO to Violence against Women is a global Internet-based advocacy effort on ending violence against women. Organized by UNIFEM, the initiative is designed to show that there is an ever-growing movement of people who raise their voices and demand making ending violence against women a top priority for governments everywhere. Participants add their names to an Internet book as an expression of public support and call for action. Say NO was developed to feed into UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon’s campaign on the same issue.
WHY: One in 3 women and girls may be beaten, coerced into sex or otherwise abused in their lifetime. This must be stopped. A life free of violence is every woman’s right.
WHO: UNIFEM Goodwill Ambassador Nicole Kidman is the campaign’s spokesperson.
“I am committed to amplify the voices of the women and girls who have been subjected to violence and abuse. That’s why I was the first to sign up my name for this important campaign. Please add your name to mine and say ‘no’ to violence against women. Let survivors of violence know that they are not alone, that they can count on us.”
— UNIFEM Goodwill Ambassador Nicole Kidman
GOALS:
1.
One million signatures or more by 25 November 2008 — in observance of the International Day to Eliminate Violence against Women — when UNIFEM plans to hand over the names to United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon. Launched on 26 November 2007, more than 220,000 have signed on to UNIFEM’s Say NO site to date.
2.
Demonstrate widespread public support for taking actions and funding programmes to end violence against women, specifically for the UN Trust Fund to End Violence against Women, managed by UNIFEM. Information at: www.unifem.org/campaigns/vaw/trust_fund.php
YOUR NAME COUNTS:
•
Signing in this public way shows governments that citizens identify ending violence against women as a key concern and support solutions.
•
Women survivors testify that it is important to them to know that they are not alone and that their cause has been taken up by advocates everywhere.
•
The campaign’s high visibility in the media and Internet sends a strong message through popular culture that ending violence against women is a problem with solutions.
•
Public support gives weight to the need for resources for programmes and services for survivors and the UNIFEM-managed UN Trust Fund to End Violence against Women.
•
Each name makes clear that ending violence is a top priority and that people around the world care enough to send the message.
WE THE UNDERSIGNED DEMAND THE IMMEDIATE ARREST OF ANYONE INVOLVED IN OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE WHETHER IT BE BY PERJURY, FAILING TO INVESTIGATE OR PASSING ALONG FALSE INFORMATION (telephonic or paper) IN THE ALLEGED SEXUAL ASSAULT OF THE MINOR CHILD NAMED TAYLOR.
Remove Sex Offenders Parental Responsibility
To: UK Government
We demand a change in UK law so that individuals placed on the sex offenders register for crimes against children have their parental responsibility immediately revoked.
Sincerely,
The Undersigned
We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to To STOP any cover up of the Jersey Case.
Due to the lack of News coming out of Jersey, we would like the Prime Ministers word that there will be no cover up regarding this case and ALL abusers be named if found guilty by a court of Law. Also that no one who gives evidence shall be given a ‘Gagging Order’ by this Govenment. The truth must come out.
Coram-Cafcass a “Conflict of Interest”
Cafacass organisation was developed to protect and safeguard Children involved in Family proceedings.
The primary stipulation is that they are independent of the courts, social services, education and health authorities and all similar agencies.
But now they have a partnership with Coram who are at present the UK’s 3 rd largest adoption agency in addition to involvement with the Drug and Alcohol Court system.
I believe this to be a total conflict of interest.
Petition:
We the undersigned believe that the partnership between Cafcass and Coram to be a “Conflict of Interest” and can not be possibly described as in the “Best Interest of the Children”.
This partnership should be stopped immediately until an independent review from an outside UK agency has been carried out.
